 DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION

• We will be happy to send you a confirmation by e-mail with the payment details after your reservation
• Your reservation is final when you have paid 1/3 of the rent
• This deposit must be paid to our bank account within 5 days after receiving the first invoice
• The remaining amount must be paid 1 month before the date of arrival
• The amount will be transferred to our Dutch bank account
• It is not possible to claim down payments
• You can cover that risk by taking out cancellation insurance!!
• Have you paid the full amount, and are you unfortunately forced to cancel? Then we will refund a part of the paid amount
• The following rules apply:

1. Cancel up to 1 month before arrival: 70% of the remaining amount of the rent will be refunded
2. Cancel after 1 month before arrival: 0% of the remaining amount of the rent will be refunded 

OTHER

• In the low season (September to June) the minimum number of nights for the Adega and Casa do Forno is 4 nights. There is a minimum of 2 nights for the Curral
• In high season the minimum number of days is 7
• The apartments are non-smoking
• Use of the outdoor kitchen is in consultation
• Quinta Ninho d'águia is not responsible for any accidents and can not be held responsible for damage, loss and theft of / to your property
• The use or entry of the apartment, veranda, garden and pool is covered accountability of the visitor
• If you destroy or damage properties of Quinta Ninho d'águia during your stay, you will be charged
• Check-in time is from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival
• Check-out time is until 11 a.m. on the day of departure
• When leaving the apartment, it will be wiped clean. abandoned. Garbage is taken away and the dishes are done

• Luggage drop-off or check-in before check-in time is not possibel, because of the cleaning and the to-do.
